"They charge for every little thing without even telling you first or giving you a courtesy call. I’ve use u-haul in the past and never have had any issues. The gas wasn’t at the line they said it was and because I slipped up and didn’t take a picture of the gas before I got the truck. I didn’t have my normal proof like I usually do. If I can give a piece of advice for everyone is to always always always take a picture of the dashboard!"

"Someone had given me wardrobe boxes without the metal bars. I went by this location and the lady that works there was soooo nice and provided me with metal bars at no charge. She was also willing to go out of her way to look in their storage for more if needed. All of this when it was 5pm, closing time. Much appreciated for her help!"
