"What kind of an operation is this? Your business hours state you’re open until 11pm. Arrived at 9pm on a Tuesday and you’re closed? Glad I drove all the way down from Austin to this atrocity. I even confirmed with customer service prior to leaving Austin that you’d be open. Called them again but they couldn’t get ahold of anyone in San Antonio. How can anyone depend on their shipments getting somewhere if the facility can’t even stick to their posted hours. Unbelievable."

"My luggage made it home before I did. I had to call customer to find my luggage so that’s a mark against Delta. If I hadn’t called would they have contacted me who knows. The agent said she had to initiate the claim to get my luggage. Once she did she said it could be an hour or several days before they contacted me. That threw me for a loop. They ended up calling me a couple hours later. Someone brought my luggage straight to my apartment so that was nice. Which is why I give them 4 stars."

"Been calling the office since 930pm. It says closes at midnight. Gotten no answer or message left. I drove all way from austin to San Antonio expecting a live animal shipment. Got stuck in traffic for a hour and it was a stressful cause no word from the office. I tried to call their main customer service 800 and was on hold for so long that by time I was close by. None of response or communication. I’m concerned the fact is that it won’t be open until Monday. Meaning the animal will be stuck there over the weekend. For three days and no communication coming ahead of it. Very disappointed in them. I’ve used them for cargo in the past was reliable. This time it wasn’t at all. So I’m not sure if can trust them anymore."

"Usually fantastic service here. They keep the packages moving and get me out the door on my way quickly because I'm in the process of delivering whatever it is to the end user."

"The staff there are professional and always willing to go the extra mile for you to make sure that your shipment gets off on time and without any problems we're professional shippers that use Delta weekly and we don't know what we would do without them they handle our parrots shipments going to pet stores without any problems"
