"I drive for this company as an independent contractor. Let me start by saying they will have to drag me away from this company kicking and screaming, that's how much I love this company and it should tell you which way this review is headed. I've been working with them 3½ years and I have yet to find one single thing to complain or comment negatively about. They are team supportive! From what I can gather they care about their drivers. They answer their phones, business and personal, at anytime of the day or night. They respond quickly to your inquiries about whatever. They stay on the phone with you until your issue is resolved. They talk with you as if you've been friends for 50 years. They pay when and what they say they will. I've never heard not even one employee give any sort of attitude, in fact it's just the opposite. They help and are pleasant about it. Everytime I've called for some work they have something available, and if it's not to my liking they are not upset if I wait until something else arrives. And finally Jay Coldiron, one of the owners, is absolutely a tremendous guy. I'm not saying this to score brownie points, I'm saying it because it's real talk. He's helpful, patient, cheerful, and personable. I hope I've partly explained what it is about this company that makes it so cool to work with. Just an all around great experience with them. Kudos to you Coldiron Companies, you have at least one faithful employee contractor, but I'm sure there are many more who feel the same!"
