"Called three days in advance to reschedule my son’s appointment with no success. Left more than 3 voicemail with details. Voicemail is full trying to reach since 5/11/23, called today no success. My son is running out of rx. On my visits there are two receptionist at the front, never noticed a high volume of calls."

"CCI only cares about money and giving out prescription pills. Be careful going here or don’t go at all. There’s better counselors and phsyciatrists. The only good thing about this place is their front desk staff. And they don’t even do anything but provide you with appointments. I was prescribed medication that went against my health problems that the phsyciatrist didn’t care talking about.. and she prescribed me a vitamin that isn’t supposed to be taken if you have asthma! I have severe asthma!! Horrible place, read the reviews I’m pretty sure all the 5 stars are fake or botted. I’m surprised this place is still up with how much they don’t care about their patients."

"Therapist was switched, she was not given information about new patient. Referred to dr. Mendez who made me uncomfortable, immediately jumped to medication after told i didnt want that. He kept scheduling follow ups at times i couldnt attend. Communication with office staff is poor. They have not rescheduled me for weeks and arw not returning my calls. NOT RECOMMENDED!"
