I would ask for a referral to see the psychiatrist in town, and she told me that people struggle with depression all the time, and they do not take medication. If you are looking for therapy, look elsewhere. Do not waste your time. If you are struggling, you deserve to be treated with empathy. You deserve to have someone take you seriously."
