"My brothers used to go here and all staff was super helpful in Harlingen."
"Unprofession, unwilling to help, and just over all a huge waste of time. They dont answere their phone ever, they will schedule you for an appointment and the doctor doesnt even show up and they dont let you know before hand. They dont keep track of when you go i went in june and they have no record of it even tho they sent the refil for my perscription to another pharmacy. If possible go anywhere else."
"I had my 1st appointment today, but the ladies at the front made me question my visit. They treat you as if you're there for probation rather than gor therapy. I'm already having a hard time with my mental health and having these ladies yell at me was the last thing I needed. I decided to stay until I saw the doctor, but then they told me that I could only pay cash. After questioning that payment method, the ladies proceeded to ignore me for a lady selling lunch plates. I took off before I ever got seen."
"Good service nice Doctor. But when I call to make appointments they never answer. I've been trying to call many times this past week. I have to drive and get there in person to make appointments this has happened several times. No one ever answers no matter how many times I call. Whomever is in charge of the phone there needs to be more alert when working. If it wasn't for this issue I'd happily rate this place 5 stars."
"Incompetent staff. My wife called and they said they could see us that same day. They sent her a confirmation email. I took some time off from work to be there on time. But when we got there the receptionist said that the counselor wasn't in that day and they hadn't been able to reach her all day. Why would they confirm with us knowing their counselor wasn't even there. The receptionist said we could make another appointment if we wished. What for? They clearly don't communicate within their office. What makes me think they would be able tyo help us if they can't get a simple task like keeping an appointment right? If their counselors are anything like the people at the front desk, this may not be the place to find help."
