Ms. Cynthia Garza is a licensed Clinical Psychologist located at 2106 Treasure Hills Boulevard, Suite 1.326, Harlingen, Texas. Dr. Garza provides evidence-based care using the latest techniques in clinical psychology to offer the highest level of treatment to her patients. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas San Antonio and a Doctor of Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Dr. Garza specializes in developmental disabilities and learning disorders. She is certified in testing for Autism and conducts evaluations for various mental health conditions.
