"I don’t know how this company is in business truly.. just read every other bad review. They’re all true. My order was delayed 9 days and my dining table was damaged and unrepairable. They also made me take off 2 days of work off because they said they were going to deliver it. Wouldn’t be surprised if this company gets sued soon."

"I have no clue how this company is still in business. This is the 4th time I have had to reschedule for the same pickup and they called me again today to tell me they didn't have enough room on the truck to pick my item up, i spoke to a manager and was assured they'de make it work and come by the end of day, but its past 5 and it looks like we're getting burned by them again. Both my wife and I have taken time off work on separate days to be home only to get canceled on. The BBB needs to look into this company."

"I work in the same row of warehouses as this business. Their trucks are always blocking access to our bay door and employee parking, they stack pallets all over the parking lot making it nearly impossible to back out of parking spaces, and they leave nails and screws EVERYWHERE. We constantly sweep the parking lot with magnets and I've still had to replace every tire on my vehicle. There have been times we couldn't even get into the gate to access the building because trucks were blocking access to the entire building. They leave trash/ litter everywhere and it piles up around our office entrance. We have a few female employees and some of the workers gawk and stare at us as we go back and forth to our vehicles. Overall this business is messy, inconsiderate, and unprofessional."

"Picked up a father's day gift since I didn't want to wait 5 more days to get it delivered. That was not an issue. When I called back the lady who answered seemed to be irritated and had me on speaker phone. Even though I kept telling her I couldn't hear her well, she kept me on it. The first lady who called gave me the wrong tracking number, so that made it even worse for the lady who answered my call (more work? It's just data entry). Got the call done and asked for the address to go pick it up. She gave me the wrong address and said "just look for emergency responders at the top". I figured it would be easy to find it. Nope wrong address combined with the wrong name of the business... Took us about 20 minutes driving around. I couldn't remember the name of the business from the first lady who called me, so I depended heavily on "emergency responders." It was actually "First Responders" all that time. Not an easy place to find, but the guys who were in the front (although not too professional) were very helpful and fast. Can't say the same about the women answering calls."
