Reviews
"Worst pharmacy in the area. Avoid at all costs. They lack quality communication. I've had constant problems with lots of prescriptions and when trying to explain they will talk over the top of you. One of the most important parts of communication is listening. Go to another pharmacy and avoid this one."
"Customer service is wonderful! Only recommendation that CVS Pharmacy to change the way medication is stored in an easier cap opening, like walgreens, walmart style. Allowing senior citizen to not struggle opening the cap."
"Today a Pharmacist behaved like she was having roid rage in a hateful, loud, and violent manner. Screaming at my family member and me through the drive through window. She was upset because after speaking with this pharmacist several times over a Inhaler that I had to get a new prescription for to get a brand that actually works properly and releases the medicine. I was told that she was going to give me updated brand and she tried to give me the wrong brand and I told her it was still incorrect.(This is important also because I recieved several broken inhalers and had to get a new prescription because the cvs will not replace broken inhalers and does not credit you back for them.) I had to ask her to stop yelling at my family member. Her response was then asking us if we would transfer to another pharmacy. Again extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience that this CVS pharmacist behaved like and to sick customers who have been coming to this location and CVS for several years. I'm not even sure what to think about this whole experience today. This review is only for that Pharmacist. I have never been treated like that before. I hope she gets some help for her anger issues."
"Helpful and friendly pharmacist. Haven't had an issue filling any script here (most of my issues are due to insurance, not a fault of the pharmacy). I actually prefer going here over the local Walgreens."
"If there was a way to give 0 stars, thats what it would be. Since CVS has taken over it has been awful. Called me said script was ready. When I got there the girl said she was not taught how to ring it , that I would have to come back Monday, went back Monday, now they tell me since they are CVS they have to have a new perscription and they are waiting for dr. To call. The original perscription had 3 refills. So now I will have to make a third trip to pick up my script. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
