"Don't go here!!! They tried to overcharge me for a repair and repair something on my vehicle that didn't need to be replaced. I took my vehicle elsewhere (Ed Morse Ford) and paid half the cost and got ten times better service! On a separate warranty repair, they broke a piece of my vehicle and rather than the service shop pay for it, they submitted a loyalty case to Ford under my name, without my permission, to have Ford pay for their own mistake. I was told this is not how loyalty cases are supposed to work by another ford dealership. They are out for your pocketbook and pocketbook alone. Stay away from them."

"I contacted Sunset Ford of Sunset Hills to schedule a warranty recall part issue but they informed me that they couldn't get me in until March. However, Sunset Ford in Waterloo was able to get me in that Monday. The experience with the Waterloo location was made all the better because Lonnie is managing the service dept and her knowledge and efficiency in getting things done is beyond phenomenal!
