"I've been receiving treatment with this place for 3 years. This place has horrible service. Case managers do not keep up with clients. Supervisors and case managers never return your call. I've had to go without medication for weeks on end because there is no refills if you do not update with case manager, case managers miss appointments and do not reschedule and place blame on clients. That will impact medication refills and then they say it's your fault. Doctor recommended counseling and therapy but Tropical never ever called me back to get that going for my treatment. This place is horrible. I rate this place half a star and that half star was difficult for me to give. They deserve no stars."

"I see Norma has been mentioned a few times in reviews and yeah, she's honestly a terrible a receptionist and extremely cold. I understand the workers are doing their best but upper management is vastly incompetent. I have been waiting for a month to get an update after an initial evaluation. I've called and have been redirected to my case manager who seams to never be in the office, and the one time I get her I am asked if I am in prison and why am I calling her. They are very disorganized, and I am rly tired."

"There IS a reason this place (specifically the Edinburg location) has terrible reviews and I’m not surprised reading them. I was an employee here and was let go in the most unfair, nasty way possible. I fought to get my job back for over a month and I felt completely bullied by HR, Specifically by the CEO Terry Crocker. They couldn’t even present me with a proper reason much less sufficient evidence to back up why they terminated me from one day to the next like they did, with zero warning. I have yet to receive a termination letter, or anything of that sort. I can honestly say I put in the effort to be a good employee here, only to be bullied the way I was out of the blue. I fought hard to get my job back after losing it due to the randomness of it and unfairness of it, only for it to end in a 5 minute phone call with Terry telling me they’re not going to let me work here anymore and refusing to even give me a proper reason why. I felt completely 100% bullied during that phone call. I have yet to be presented with an evidence or even a reason they terminated me the way they did. Honestly, this place is run by a bunch of bullies, there are better places, don’t waste your time here. I feel totally 100% betrayed and bullied by this place."

"It seems like the case worker all have the same excuses or reason for not showing up on time to a scheduled home visit. Meetings Meetings Meetings. My phsyciatrist is awesome. Though. I just wish the case worker would sound like they all use the same excuse."

"Was a patient here last year when I was 17. During my first phone call, I brought up living in an abusive household with a physically abusive father and they promised that it would be kept confidential. During my first meeting with my mom in attendance, they immediately told her all about the abuse claims. She went home and told my dad... let's just say that didn't go over well."
