"One of their drivers literally almost ran me off the highway when he realized he was about to miss the exit. He literally drove into my lane!!! I called and spoke to a manager, I just hope the driver is talked to and advised to be careful on the highway."

"This company is extremely inconsistent. I had to start calling everyday on the status of my order because the story changed each day on where it was and when it would arrive. It added weeks to my delivery time. They sent my first order to the wrong place, had to ship it back to warehouse before sending it out again to the proper location, and lost one of the items along the way. I had to file a claim for it because it was never found. My second order got pushed back days with a different excuse each day I called. It seems like the different departments don't communicate to each other because the fault was always put on some other department so no one could take responsibility or resolve the issue. I was just told in a matter-of-fact way that it would arrive later than what I was told the previous day and that's all there was to it. Way too much work and stress to receive packages from them... Not worth it!"
