I was kept informed the whole way and all the drivers were VERY nice. They let me know he was eating and drinking well. My new guy came off the trailer in great shape. "This is my second time using Equine Express for shipping my horses between TX and MO. Pricing for these large trips are extremely reasonable!! They will communicate with you every step of the way - from confirming dates that work, scheduling times, letting you know which drivers are coming, etc. You even get to communicate with the driver and receive updates during the transport. My horse had several days of layover at their Pilot Point barn and they even sent me pictures of my boy while he was there! I got updates on him every day! He arrived safe and sound, and happy as could be! So grateful to have them as a transportation option."
