"My review is not regarding the care given at the facility, but of a management issue we experienced without any response from the managers. I have informed them three times about this, and no one has addressed it. We were very excited to start our kids here because it had everything we were looking for! I’m sure it’s a great place for kids!! However, before we were able to start our two children here, my toddler son ended up having asthma in September due the cold/flu season. We decided to wait until he stopped wheezing to start daycare for both our kids. Initially I was told that the fees were *all* refundable, but I was NOT told that the registration fees of $300 for our two children would not be refunded. I’m very upset about this because we were already on a budget before because I wasn’t able to work, and now we have an additional bill of $300, which affects us even more. I don’t feel this was fair, given that we were told all the fees were refundable, and that they are not!"

"The teachers are friendly, the environment is clean and professional, and my son (who is 20 months) is blossoming there and learning new things all the time."

"We’ve been going to Kiddie Academy since 2021 when my son was 5 mo. We absolutely love the care he has had. The rooms are always very clean and well kept. Most notable are the teachers who have all been so caring and plan engaging, fun and age appropriate lessons for the kids. My son has learned so much and always loves going! Knowing he’s cared for each day is most important. Also, the director, Ms. Ala is so great. There is some teacher turn over but as long as Ms. Ala is there I know my son is in good hands. She’s a main reason we will continue going there and enroll our second child soon. She is very organized, plans fun activities and is so genuine in her care for the kids."

"My 22-month old has been with Kiddie Academy for approximately six months after switching from another facility in the area. We switched because I was unhappy with the lack of communication by the other provider and my son seemed genuinely unhappy. The Kiddie Academy model is the exact opposite! I am provided detailed daily reports regarding my son's meals, sleep and activities. I am also sent daily photos and can pop-in on the camera at any time. I have seen him make big developments in his speech and increase his interest in peers. He pursues more independent play at home, social engagement in public and group instruction activities while at "school". This is a testament to Kiddie Academy's curriculum and the passion of their teachers. My son is excited to go to "school" everyday and loves everyone at Kiddie Academy."

"My daughter started school here amidst the covid restrictions. The director Danielle was so professional and on top of cleaning standards. I feel safe bringing my daughter to school here, not only for the cleanliness of the facility but the individual attention she gets from everyone from the director to her teacher Miss Becky. She looks forward to going to school to learn from her teachers and play with her friends in a small and safe environment. Thank you for providing this for us in these uncertain times."
