"I usually love DHL fast shipping however now I am disappointed. I have two packages that are meant to be delivered this week. I contacted the live chat and was told that my package would be delivered today. I checked the status of my order and I have to pick up my order from DFW airport???!!!! And my other order is placed on hold so it looks like I have to pick that one up too. I’m a registered nurse and work nights so picking an order up an hour away is unfeasible. DHL clearly does not care about customers. I wasted my money on international shipping."
"DHL is the worse shipping company on the face of this earth... I have lost over $700 on shipping alone, asides the value of goods shipped via DHL. Many times, in disguise for their inefficiency and poor management, DHL blames its failure to deliver goods and services on bad weather and other unnecessary factors. I have had my package pending for over two weeks with no reasonable explanation for such delays."
