"Spent $500 Dollars to have a safe delivered from Academy. I get contacted from someone at the company asking if I would be available to receive the safe on X Date in the morning. After telling the schedulers THREE times I cannot do mornings she finally reluctantly said she would contact me again the following day. The following morning i get a phone call from a delivery person who is on the way to my home and wanted to confirm I would be home. I would not recommend using them to ship anything, I paid a premium to have my safe delivered and I would atleast expect a 4 hour window and shouldn’t have to go back and forth with them to let them know I won’t be available in the mornings. However their staff seem to think their customer timelines are debatable"
