Reviews
"Rude and unhelpful pharmacy tech. Pharmacists are always nice though"
"Susan is awesome! Always goes the extra mile to help with containing cost. Jose too! great people."
"Excellent and polite service. Squeezed us in for flu and COVID shots while we were traveling through town."
"Rude pharmacists who are very short with you. They are always out of stock on my medication. I take Suboxone: (Buprenorphine/Nalaxone) and Vyvanse. They will only fill my suboxone 1 day early because it's a 25 day supply at a time with refills instead of 30 day supply. The pharmacy I had my scripts transfered from always let me fill it 2 days early. I try to stay 2 days ahead of the game because trying to fill controlled substances that i have been prescribed and been taking for years is a competitive race against the clock/time. I am always making 2 trips. Picking up a partial fill then returning to collect the rest. They will not disclose information like if I ask if they have enough of my medication in stock. I only find out from them once the prescription gets electronically sent in and then I get the "delay" notification. So then I have to call doctors office and have her send it to another pharmacy who has what I need in stock. They will never inform you when their truck comes in. You have to call/check and resolve issues for yourself oftentimes. Very long drive thru lines, there's a lot of people who fill their stuff here and idk why. What else...they keep notes in their system. The rules, policies, and regulations are unneccesarily overbearing. In the bathroom there is a sign with a crossed out syringe above the trash can so addicts or diabetics dont throw their used rigs in that trash can but i didnt see a hazardous dispenser can for syringes next to it so why? On a side entrance there is door with a lockbox with a message that says there are no drugs or money to steal. Most if not all the pharmacists there seem to be discriminate towards you if your on scheduled controlled drugs. That's the impression I get! Changing pharmacies!"
"I used to love getting my prescriptions filled here, but the last several times haven't been so great. On several occasions, they've sent me texts saying that it was time to refill my prescription only to turn around and tell me it's too early to get them AFTER I've driven 20 miles ONE WAY (and yes, it's the closest location to me) and then just shrugged their shoulders like it was no big deal after I said something. Some of the technicians are very polite and go out of their way to help you, but most of the time the other employees behind the pharmacy counter are incredibly rude...cutting you off mid sentence, waving off your concerns and perhaps worst of all- making silent judgement when they see what kind of medication you're picking up. If you don't know someone's story and you're NOT their doctor, you should keep your judgement off your face and from your voice. It's gotten so bad that I have decided to transfer my prescriptions to a competing pharmacy!"
