"Just went in at 11 am told me 2 1/2 hours to be seen ? Really nobody in the waiting room ? It would of been quicker to go to er ! They did asked if I wanted to go to Morris it might be quicker they said !"

"Have you forgotten how things spread? A MOUNTED TABLET for check-in? I watched 3people check in-one of them very sick with obvious COVID symptoms and everyone is told to check in on a tablet that has not been cleaned!! The hand sanitizer next to it is EMPTY. This is how people are getting flu on top of strep on top of COVID. Very irresponsible for a medical establishment. Makes you wonder if the rooms are cleaned? And WHY are you arguing with people about insurance at an immediate care? Don’t people have a right to be seen anymore? ALSO no one has been called back in the 30min I’ve been in the waiting room. After waiting an hour and 10 min, I was put in a room and told “rapid” tests take 30min. I asked how long the normal visit is at this location, I was told up to 2 hours. Be prepared."

"Was very happy with the experience.Got fast friendly service from front to back. And I was told it is usually way busier, and sometimes can have 40 patients and 1 doctor. Luck was on my side today."

"Every time I come to the clinic I have a great experience. I really can’t say anything bad. When some type of illness attacks our children, they listen and treat my kids and get me out as fast as they can. If I pick a busy day then I wait patiently or pick somewhere else to go but I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone in the building. Upstairs at the pediatrician’s office I also can’t say anything bad. I absolutely love Dr. Moy and his side kick Ashley!! Ashley is gentle taking my child’s vitals, she listens to all my concerns and always makes me feel comfortable!. Moy sits down right away and lets me talk and then checks on my baby. Talks sweetly to her and tells her what he’s doing before he does it. They are my favorite!."

"Dr. Rahman needs to work for a different company!! He is an AMAZING Dr but his receptionists all need fired!! They are extremely rude and unhelpful!! Not to mention you can never get in to see YOUR Dr. (I feel they do it on purpose) I know if I was able to reach out to him personally he would make the time to see my daughter!! I scheduled with someone else last min this morning and let them know it takes about 45 mins (Dr Rahman is such an amazing Dr. That we followed him to this campus when they forced him to come here) to get there and she said it was fine they could squeeze my daughter in with someone else. Now normally it would take 45 mins to get there but it was raining this morning so traffic was slower. We were 5 mins late and they refused to see us!! Told us to go to immediate care. Which if I would have known from the conversation I had with them before I left my house I would have just taken her to a closer immediate care facility!!! As much as we love Dr. Rahman and he has been there since day one for my daughter it’s time to find a different Dr.! Now we have been sitting in immediate care for an HOUR waiting to be seen!! Pretty sure the receptionists are communicating with each other and purposely making us wait because this mama has voiced her issues and asked if there we other peds dr. They could recommend that weren’t in this building. RIDICULOUS!! DO BETTER RIDGE ROAD CAMPUS!!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!"
