"stay away dear parents from this daycare they don't care about your kids they care only yours money,I pick up my kid with scratches on face couples time and one time was all wed, with dried poop on him. The food is processed and unhealthy according to DHS standards. The "teachers" in the older kids rooms are frequently leaving children unattended while they socialize in other rooms."
"Went here last year, the head of the staff was really nice as well as most of the workers, however there was once last year where a heavy Latina woman pretty much got in my son's face and argued like a child with my son over an incident, and once the Latina walked away her own daughter walked up and agreed with my son, then the field trips go nowhere, the water day has no pool, I'm getting both field trips and 2 swim days at a pool for my son for less money than this place at the YMCA, if your child is too old for naps dont expect the staff to figure that out nor any of the activities geared towards your child age in their current stage of development, not to mention throughout the summer I had to sign 4 or 5 new contracts, the final one raising the price in the middle of the contract from around 250-280, when requested for my son to go somewhere for a week I was told I'd either have to pay for the week he isn't there, or pay a registration fee all over again, the final day of the summer camp program they didn't let my son bounce in the bounce house until I picked him up at the end of the day, im pay 280+ a week and you expect me to be there? not to mention they only pay their workers like 11-13 an hour, shame on the owners! Bunch of old, cheap, greedy people!"
"The staff here really seems invested in my daughter. They care about her and her progress. She has learned so much and adores both her teachers. They have many other staff there that are all friendly and welcoming. I feel safe and happy dropping off my daughter there because she loves to go and they welcome her with open arms."
"I did not trust this daycare with watching my three year old son and I got him out of there so fast. At first everything seemed fine for the first month or so until out of nowhere, they started complaining about my son’s behavioral issues every day he was in their care and threatening to send him home if his behavior doesn’t change. I was getting phone calls every day saying that he needed to be picked up and what I found weird about all of that was every time I was called to have my son picked up was exactly at 9:55am on the dot as if they were planning it. They were charging us $60 a day, but wanted him sent home early. and I couldn’t just up and leave work every day to have my son picked up and the woman at the front desk had told me that maybe my son might not be a good fit for their institution which I thought was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even try to work with my son in spite of all these promises this daycare makes about how they help children improve and go as far as to have 1 on 1 time with each individual child. And then he would come home with cuts on his face and they would tell me that he did it to himself with no further explanation and that tells me that he’s not being supervised, and with their policy, you can’t even go inside to pick up your son and see what’s happening. They make you wait outside while they bring your child out. Everything about this place seems shady and untrustworthy. One star."
"Little Learners Children’s Academy is first class. They provide a great atmosphere with a great staff. They are attentive to each family’s needs. My son has been with them for 2 years and I couldn’t be happier with the early education and structure they provide. They provide him all the tools necessary to transition into kindergarten. I would like to personally thank Lori for her outstanding dedication."
