Hampton Inn & Suites Minooka

"My daughter(3) and I stayed the night. Our room was okay. However, we got stuck on the elevator and the phone number attached to the elevator to call for help said it was not available or not in service. Thankfully I had my phone on me. They had to call the fire department to let us out. Then, breakfast is supposed to end at 10am. I came down at 9:45am and I know that’s late but it’s not 10am. So anyway, all the food was pretty much put away. The girl was packing everything up before 10. The manager by the way didn’t even come talk to me about being stuck in the elevator. Not until I asked for a manager to talk to me. Needless to say, it was not a good stay for me."

"We are Dimond members, we were told no upgrades available, we were put next to the elevator (which woke us up all night) asked for a late checkout, and got a whole 30 minutes. We are brand loyal, but will not come back to the hotel."

"Clean rooms (though ventilation needs to be figured out for the showers before mold starts growing...), good breakfast, and very convenient location. Would recommend"

"When we arrived at Hampton Inn & Suites we were really in a bind with two babies after our Airbnb did not work out. Thankfully Bethany was there greeting us with the biggest smile and the very best hospitality! She listened to our story and apologized profusely even though she had nothing to do with our Airbnb nightmare. However, she went over and beyond to help us get settled and continuously took great care of us our entire stay. She was such a blessing to myself and our family. The entire staff was delightful. after we left we were sad to leave such an inviting home away from home. This hotel is very nice but it’s not the hotel it’s the great staff and Bethany’s drive and dedication to her guest that make this place so very special. You won’t find love and care anywhere else like you do here!"
