"Love the Service department! They were kind and caring through out my whole experience. I had to drop my car off before my lunch time and the shuttle service kindly took me to Panera to pick up food before dropping me off back to work. My appointment entailed sensor diagnostics, but I also needed an oil change. Even though the oil change was not planned in the appointment I had...The Service department happily added it. To add...The valve that needed replaced in my vehicle required my child car seats to be removed which are extremely tough to do. The front Service operator put my car seats back in for me.
