"I've heard great things about this dispensary and had a good first visit, today on my second visit I had a pretty poor customer service experience. I was unable to use my reward points due to an error in their system not loading them from last visit. I tried explaining that I was making this purchase today based off of using my reward points from my previous larger purchase. I feel like this was a easy situation for the manager to step in and rectify my situation instead of leaving me hanging with the only solution being "wait to use your points until next visit." Pretty disappointed...."
