"Waited on the phone for an hour just be to talked to like I was stupid. Then the man on the other end hung up on me. They are no help and well the staff is not worth a damn. Should have a zero star option because they do not even deserve the one. There is no luck for the non custodial parents with the so called group of people. They need to all be fired and start over. Waste of payroll. To top it off they called me back the next day. For it to only ring once. Had no time to answer it. Well I guess they can show they tried to call and I didn't answer lol. What a joke this group of people are."

"-5 Is more like it. Just spent 6 hours working on information that would benefit a father. I used the chat option to request an email address. It was a bogus email. This should tell you something about how much they truly care about the people. They don't. They all pass the buck. Collect money send to prison. Their motto is "Not my problem" . So tell me who's in the system to help me with a problem and can get reliable honest answers from!! Anybody? Stop passing the buck and get on the same page with the courts ect. Nobody cares in our system. Texas & especially OAG Amarillo need an overhaul."

"Horrible communication and false report. I was told by a case worker in January they can hold the payment in July due to having my son all that month. Now that I called Todo so... They say they can't. Also I could get it fluctuated to even out but will have to be in 3 years for the review. Smh. Sorry for the attitude but can you blame me. How is this making sense? I have my son in July all of and she still gets payment. Not acceptable."
