"The rooms are clean. I never ever saw a bed bug in this establishment. I know that this autumn shnepper is a former employee of the motel, although she wasn't employed there very long. my wife worked there over 6 months and never experienced any of the things ms shnepper described. sounds like just a disgruntled ex employee to me. Anyways I recommend best western to anyone that needs a room."

"I live here and came back..lol.Good place to stay. Clean, and friendly. Lady the check me in her name is Autumn very nice lady. And the lady the next day who helped me out her name was Kenzie and she was an absolute sweetheart too very helpful help me with a phone charger I had forgot my charging block and she let me have one to use. Crate service pretty smiles all the way around if you're coming through here this is the only place to stay don't look any further."

"We will leave the shower head that could not be switched to tub spout and the TV that was not programmed with the remote out of this review, let's talk about the noisy pipes that banged and clanged during our 2 night stay. The desk was told about it the first morning and I was told that management would have to take care it. The desk was told about it again this morning during checkout and we were asked why we didn't say anything about it the first morning. I explained that we had. Then we were asked if we were offered a room switch. We were not. I thought there just might an offer to discount our stay. We were not. But we did get a "sorry about that". We were not the only ones that complained."

"It is the best place to stay in the area. The breakfast is adequate in quality, but lacking in supply. Items are routinely allowed to run out and resupply is slow. There was a boil order at one point recently and no accommodation was made. Just SOL A good place to stay, just need a little more attention to detail."

"We had a car break down and were able to book a stay while the car was in the shop. It was quiet and clean and mostly the staff was wonderful and empathic to our situation. They were friendly and offered up their help as we worked through our issues. Thank you especially Pam and Tabitha!!"
