"Great customer service from the guy working the front desk & shout out to Bayle for being kind and patient explaining step by step what she was doing while giving my 14yo her nose piercing and allowing me to be there to keep her calm and record lol I researched a few shops before deciding to come here and the website helped me to come prepared with my minors having their IDs, birth certificates, & the notarized documents required. The only reason I’m giving only 4stars is because my 17yo was extremely disappointed being told they don’t do tattoos on the neck or hand for minors. I didn’t see anything along those lines on the website so it might help to disclose that upfront."

"I’ve been pierced and tattooed here and brought friends to be pierced and tattooed here. Sometimes of course there’s a wait if you walk in. They’re always thorough and knowledgeable and professional. I went to get a piercing and the piercer (a guy) told me he couldn’t do the piercing I wanted because it wouldn’t work with my anatomy. I appreciate the honesty instead of just doing it for the $$. We figured out a different one. Also Iron Age went out of their way to get me sent replacement jewelry when mine fell out. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in St. Louis!"
