"The worst of the brokers, total lack of professionalism, we accept a load with them, from Friday at noon the dispatcher went to lunch, he never returned nor did he send the confirmation rate, they do not answer calls or emails. He caused with his negligent attitude that we had great losses, because the truck was loaded and could not leave in time, we were stranded all weekend because of his fault. Something impossible to believe."
