"Just horrible! Unreliable, unprofessional, and even more unwanted stress that came with my move! This is my 2nd time having to ship my car due to a change in station and so I was alittle familiar with the process but overall this company didn’t even come close to meeting expectations. I’m in the middle of a military move and this company proceeded to charge my card, there was a no show of the truck due to car troubles and I was never notified on top of almost missing my flight because I was waiting for the carrier. The day the company still had not called me, I had to try three different numbers to get ahold of them and when I finally did they had nothing to say in order to take responsibility or accountability for their unprofessionalism. No remedy was offered, they wanted to charge me even more for a new shipment, and good luck if you even try to get them on the phone, I do not recommend!! A move on a timeline and budget is already stressful enough, don’t waste your time working with this company, not worth it."
"I would recommend avoiding this company. Fast to take your money and book your vehicle, but never showed up on the assigned date. Could not get ahold of anyone in customer service to see why my vehicle was not picked up. Awful customer service and will never use."

"You know. I'm not sure on this place. I have allot of negative things to say about the owner himself but I decided not to.. I will let the people them self's decide .. Mrs. Kim Anding is a Beautiful Smart lady & is very good at what she does, she runs a good company .. Her Husband Jason Anding. Well he could use some insight on life alittle bit & learn how not to treat people. But all & all it's not that bad of a place"
