"The worst experience I never will even consider this place again.the only one that I truly don’t mean is ms. Kelle she was extremely helpful and Engaging the other woman working the office disrespectful, nasty, unbelievably rude. The seems to work without caring about what is done at her job. lazy Good for nothing stains. Just sitting at the reception all day not lifting a finger. When you ask for toilet paper they act like they pay for it Sometimes Out loud scoffing Truly bizarre what goes on here, why do they have jobs? I’m pretty sure people complain about them all the time I rather buy toilet paper from the outside to bring in from a store then go ask these CAPITAL B’s again they run some kind of scam or part of some underhanded Akeem is the only possible reason that they’re still working there if I ever need a room ever again I’ll pay the extra and go somewhere else so I don’t run into these kind of people ever or anyone I know not even in TJ they treat you like this and you can stay in a hotel five days for 20 bucks what a letdown. I just hope whoever owns these hotels has a self-respect I’ve fire people like this. Who watches what really goes on in their places they are getting represented by these kind of people Truly, let down"

"We were caught in the big snow storm on our way home from buying a car in Cleveland. We saw that the I-80 was closed ahead and it was getting close to midnight and most of the vehicles we saw were in the ditch or the median. We had good luck staying in super 8 before at a very reasonable price. At the 24-hour desk phone number to call and eventually blurry eyed clerk appeared and assigned us a room. After an hour or two of dedicated effort I was still wide awake due to the skimpy nature of one blanket and cover and the fact that my arms and legs had begun to itch a lot. For entertainment I started reading reviews and noticed the frequent mention of bed bugs. I might have gotten an hour of sleep but at 6:00 a.m. sharp we were up for the breakfast and hit the road. Breakfast was okay, definitely a lot better than the room. I could have slept better in the car. Now, a day later, at home, my right forearm is red and starting to swell up. I took three cephalexin from bottle I have laying around, and said a little prayer. If it gets worse instead of better I will go to the emergency room. I also have a couple of big bumps on the back of my neck. Maybe I just got bit by some poisonous spider. My wife is talking about calling their health department."

"THEY HAVE BED BUGS! I asked for a refund and the manager never called me or emailed me back. I called the city waiting for a call back this week. They will need to be shut down until this is taken care of. The front staff is very nice. But THEY HAVE BED BUGS! IF you accidentally take one home you're in for a nightmare! And it's expensive! I will be calling corp next"

"Horrible motel!! We pulled in late & were tired from a 7 hour drive. The girl at the desk was nice enough, but when I asked for an extra blanket for my 82yo mother, she said no. We got to the room & when we turned on the heater, it smelled of something dead. We turned it off immediately & just went straight to bed. The next morning, we noticed it, the room was dirty & had BED BUGS! They bit my mother all over her arms & neck. The smoke alarm was missing, there were trash wrappers under & behind the bed & the covers were dirty. There was a coffe pot, but only one bag of decaf & nothing else. The hall smelled of cigarette smoke & had cockroaches crawling in the hall. There are a LOT of other things wrong, but you get the picture. We we went to check out, I told the morning girl about the state of the room & the bed bugs & showed her the 3 I caught in a cup. She yelled at me, YELLED AT ME & called me rude for mentioning the bed bugs in front of the other guest!! This place is the WORST place I have ever stayed! I thought Wyndham had a set of standards, but I guess this slipped through!"

"Not a bad room. Receptionist has a terrible disposition. Asked for a clean bottom sheet and her response was "when I get a chance if I don't forget". So I went to the desk thinking I could help getting my sheet as it was 10pm and we were tired. Her response was "I don't need help". Went back to the room and waited 30 minutes and just put the top sheet on the bottom and put their sheet in the hallway. The mattress cover didn't look much better. And got bit by bedbugs. Had couple more bite photos but not here"
