"I signed a contract for the black Friday deal for a six piece ashley bedroom set. Got my set delivered but everyone failed to mention that they couldn't track down the mirror to the bedroom set. That is including management, the associate who helped me, and the delivery men. I wasn't home upon arrival and my husband contacted me after he realized we only received five pieces. I had to take the initiative to find out where my mirror was and why no one had even mentioned there not being a mirror. I was patient, extremely patient, and understanding. Even after calling twice and them telling me I would have to wait for the mirror to arrive in a shipment.Thirty one days down the line I call and ask about the mirror. Still no mirror so I said I am not paying a dollar until I receive the full part of the deal. Assistant manager, John, got to a point he was tired of discussing my mirror and wanted to discuss payment. Appearantly I wasn't cooperating to hus standards and he hung up on me. For that I am done with this company and I would rather return than continue in a 2 year contract with people that are that rude and unappreciative to their customers. John continuously interrupted me and refused to discuss the problem at hand. He should not be working in this field of work if he can't handle simple questions and come up with a simple solution!"
