"I am having so much trouble!! The driver delivered two packages to the wrong address! I have picture from UPS to prove it. Their own geotag shows that it’s incorrect address. Now I have a package delayed for 8 days for incorrect address. Address is not wrong. Driver is trying to deliver to incorrect location. I have spoken to sender about this and they confirm that address is right. I have spoken to UPS and they confirm address is correct. Yet still cannot get packages. Why can driver not follow the google map directions or call the number to get directions????? I’m so tired of this nonsense."
"driver never follows instructions leaves packages at street instead of at front door makes excuses no room to turn (100ft between fences) bad dog (no dog) unsafe porch (handicapped ramp) I have requested deliveries to front door as I am handicapped. packages left at street every time. call & they say they will talk to driver. Nothing changes. UPS is the worst. I pay for this service & they will not follow directions. Use fedex or post office. ups will not honer delivery instructions & just give lip service about correcting problem."
"6/28/2023 I am truly amazed at how people can't seem to perform the simplest tasks. With GPS routing for efficiency and an app for shipment live tracking for pure entertainment and a fear of the level customer service has fallen. Had a very important package for delivery today. It showed arrival time late morning. I watched the truck on the app miss my house. Then it was rescheduled for mid afternoon and the truck was close but didn't stop. The it was rescheduled for tomorrow at 7 p.m. More fun 5/2/2023 Finally ammunition is available again. The box has hazmat symbols and notations indicating these two boxes contain ammunition. I have a patio box outside my electric gate with a sign asking for all deliveries be put in the box. My UPS app indicated they were out for delivery today between 9:45 and 1:45. I waited, it didn't come. I just returned home at 4:45 and found my two boxes outside my delivery box next to the road with ammunition printed on the box for all to see. I called UPS and cannot speak to anyone. The boxes were damaged as well. There are no words but you must applaud UPS for not allowing ratings on deliveries like Amazon or being isolated from customers comments hence this updated review. Get it together UPS!! Ok, it's Monday. After no delivery on Thursday or Friday, this is the next delivery day. The UPS app with tracking showed delivery between 8:45 and 11:45 this morning, a huge three hour window but it is better than saying before 9 p.m. It's after 1 p.m. and no package delivered with the estimate of 9 p.m. back up for this delivery. I guess we need to consider the tracking feature on UPS's site as a novelty and not a true indicator of actual delivery time. I made plans to move on after 1 p.m. but cancelled those plans. My fault for thinking UPS tracking was anywhere near Amazon's tracking which is spot on. The strong survive in the shipping business. Maybe I will receive my delivery this week, maybe not. No one knows for sure. Took the day off yesterday and today to be at home all day for a delivery that was due yesterday and with UPS tracking it indicated it would be rescheduled from 8:15 to 9:45 this morning. I waited at home outside during those hours and the package never arrived then it said it would be here before 9:00 p.m. In the meantime, the "signature required for delivery" driver comes by the house. I didn't know he was coming and my package is missed. I can't sit at my front gate all day when the UPS app tells you a two hour delivery window that they can't hit. The kicker is you can't call the local UPS depot on Holmes, just an automated 800 number to God knows where. I worked for UPS to pay my college expenses in the 1970's. We never would have been allowed to avoid customer service like this. Guess I take off a third day off to see if UPS is actually going to show up when they say they will. 5-18-2021 Another update on this comedy of a delivery service. I am retired and home all day yesterday and today. Was expecting a delivery yesterday from Amazon and another vendor. Tracking showed it was out for delivery. I was here all day, no delivery and no driver. Today both packages are marked on tracking as undeliverable due to no one at home. SO, both rescheduled for today between 9:30 and 1:30. I watched the truck on the "follow my delivery" feature UPS provides. It passed my house three times in the estimated delivery window and again NO Delivery. Now the tracking map shows the truck returned back to the UPS terminal. This is after it was parked at Wolf Hollow electrical plant for over an hour and another hour parked behind a local convenience store named Tommy's. I'm sure they will mark it once again undeliverable even though I have been here all day. Wait... Now the tracking at 3:30, two hours late from their estimate MAY be delivered by 7 PM! Do you think I have any faith in this BS from UPS? By the way, the postal service be and FedEx both delivered to me yesterday without any issues. I rest my case against these morons."
"I have a issue when you guys can't pick up outgoing UPS parcels at your drop off points..I left 3 parcels at CVS on Thursday morning and yall refuse to pick up parcels when you make deliveries there. I had to go pick up my outgoing packages and take them to another drop off location after sitting at CVS for almost a week. Your hurting my business because of yalls poor customer service..No more UPS for me!!"
"UPS has gotten so bad. My UPS package was marked delivered and was supposedly dropped off at the receiving office and signed for. Funny thing is our office is closed today. We needed this package before going out of town. Thank you very much for lying about delivery and actually signing someone else’s name who was not even there. This is frequently done and it’s absolutely ridiculous."
