Motel 6 Kewanee, IL

"The cleanest Motel 6 I've been to! All these hotels have been remodeled at some time and usually poorly with loose faucets or broken shower rails, But not this one!"

"Highly recommend especially for those traveling with dog(s), we have 2 dogs. Owners are very nice, room was clean and included a little fridge and microwave. The Motel 6 we stayed at the night before did not include those things. Surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. We drove 25 min out of our way to stay there and glad we did."

"You get what you pay for. It sounds really negative but it just means that we knew what we were getting for the price that we were paying. Due to the price range of this motel, our expectations were met. There's nothing exceptional or fantastic about it. The rooms are recently renovated and clean. There's no carpeting in the rooms and the furnishing are pest resistant. In the two nights that we were there, we didn't spend much time at the motel. There wasn't a large room for a group to hang out in anyway or even a table for a group of six to play games. The employees were helpful enough. The walls/ceilings are relatively thin. I could hear a woman talking in a normal voice in the lobby and we were at the other end of the building. We didn't spend anytime in the pool. I would stay there again though if we spent most of our time away from the motel."

"I have stayed here several times in the past few months as I traveled for work. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Quiet area on the outskirts of Kewanee. There are laundry machines available. Also, there is a game room (slots) attached to hotel but does not cause any disturbance to guests. I will stay here any time I am in the area. Also, very pet friendly."

"Great customer service. The staff and the cleanliness brought the review up to three stars. The room itself is okay with semi-comfortable beds. No coffee in the room though and many things were in disrepair (see video). These are easy fixes, so it's surprising it would get to this point. Walls and floors are thin, so it can be pretty noisy with people walking around."
