"Called to see if they have a drive through because I was pushing 8pm coming from out of state when I forgot to bring my meds. The rep sent me to the Pekin store to fill scripts after 8pm when the Pekin pharmacy also closes at 8pm. I ended up not going to their store when I could have made it — to not burden them considering the tone over the phone the way she said “we close at 8” repeatedly when I said it would be just before. She literally sent me to a closed store to get out of having a last minute customer."

"Front of store employees are always nice and helpful. Pharmacy staff is terrible. Extremely rude and act like they do not want to to help you. I had pharmacy employees REFUSE to call my insurance company. Then hung up on me."
