"Terrible service and terrible cleaning. They were very rude to my wife and told us they washed our dog 3 times even though our dog clearly has spots that weren’t scrubbed or even touched. All they do is rinse your dogs and use no soap what so ever, and no scrubbing. Carola’s is a better place to go. They actually take care of your dogs there."
"I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service provided by your grooming store. My sister recently took her Pomeranian to your store for grooming, but unfortunately, the job done was terrible. The groomers did not cut the dog's hair as requested and left him covered in hair. Moreover, they mistreated my sister, and the owner of the store did not take any responsibility for the unpleasant experience. He told her that the job was done already, even though it was not what she asked for, and told her to leave. As a customer, I expect to receive quality service, and I am disappointed that your store failed to meet this expectation. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issue to ensure that other customers do not have to face similar problems. As of now I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER AS I FOUND MULTIPLE REVIEWS FROM OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM . I have attached the picture of the cut my sister asked for and the result pictures of the OUTRAGEOUS work they did and refuse to acknowledge. Her poor dog is so terrified"
