"Kindness goes a long way. I came in looking for a specific brand from which they did have. I was doing a favor for a friend.. I was confused as to why they had it and couldn't sell it until I realized they wanted to upsell. I guess during COVID store owners are doing that. I kindly apologized I was confused and asked if she would sell it to me. She quickly said in a rude manner she would not sell it. As I said earlier, kindness goes a long way. I was driving home for a 10 hour trip because my mother just died and I wanted to do something nice for a friend who just hD a baby. Thanks a lot."
