"Friendly staff and very good service. Can get a little busy in the PM hours. They are open on the weekend but reduced hours. Amazon returns has a self service kiosk as long as you have the item packed."

"I don't normally post negative reviews(or any reviews) but this is the only location that has issues with returning Amazon packages or prepaid labels. We were the only ones in the store, girl refused to scan and print the label and directed us to the computer kiosk informing us it was $2-3 to print a prepaid label. We left and went to another location. So this location also closes at 6:30 instead of 7 like every other location. I mistakenly walked in at 6:32. The open sign was lit, door unlocked. Both girls refused to take my package, yelled "We are closed!" and sarcastically said "That's how closing times work! We have hours we have to adhere to". The sarcasm and rudeness were unnecessary. Customer service here is terrible as I yet again had to go to another location. FWIW, same girl working both times."
