"I been with them since 2022 of April. I payed my payment on time and advance. But when I try to renew my account with them they ask for a number for my work place I have them the office number which I forgot the close down all office phones and now have mobile phones. I gave them my supervisor number and they hesitated to call due to being a mobile number so they ask for HR’s number so I gave them the number. In the rudest way they responded to me they told me “What kind of Care giver place don’t have office phones “and began to laugh and ended the call. They made me feel so little and I’m one of those people that don’t like to fight or argue. I told my mom how they treated me and she called the manager there to explain that my job doesn’t have office phones only mobile phone and Sadie the manager told my mom in the rudest way to just pay my last payment and leave cause they will no longer will need my money. This was very unprofessional of them to the manager and employees I will never recommend this place for people that wants to fix or begin there credit. If I could give them a zero star rating I would."
