First Convenience Bank

"I’ll never bank there again, first off the service was rude, there was we only one good employee her name was yzane I believe, she was so sweet and did her job well, can’t say they same about literally any other employee including their manager"

"I did like this bank until I had money taken out of my acct without my permission. I filed a dispute because I never authorized it. Well upon investigating it I get a response saying upon contacting the merchant I authorized the transaction. Really ?? What do u think they are going to say? No let me give her money back? Thought they covered people with their insurance. Very upset. Lost money I didn't have."

"Tried to get 2 rolls of quarters. Was told they couldn't help me if I didn't have am account. I said "well I guess, thanks for nothing". They replied "you're welcome"."

"They are so slow due to not having enough people. Sometimes the line goes out the door at Walmart. Perhaps if they put in an ATM that accepted deposits it would save tons of time. They could also save time by not catching up on gossip with customers they know. Do your business and move on. Converse on your own time."

"I set my accout up and they gave me a temporary card and said they would send my real card to me. That was over a month and a half ago and I never received it so I had them send me another one (which they charged for) and 3 weeks later I still haven't received it. Tried to use the temporary one yesterday and it has been shut off because its a temporary and I should have got the other cards and they can't turn it back on so I can use it. Shutting down my account today."
