"Good place, however for Amazon returns, which keep in mind, do not need to pay any sort of fees or etc., they demand you have to pay fees for returning a package to amazon. Happened with 2 of my family members and have avoided this place for returns."

Prices are fair and the owner is very helpful, I had a package that was going to cost 50.00 to ship back, but he was nice enough to put it in a smaller box so it resulted in me paying a fraction of the original quoted price. "Have been coming here for years, best services in town! I have a construction business and they print our business cards and flyers for us. If my guys are working out of town, we have them ship our equipment to places. The reason I say best services in town is because I leave whatever I am shipping carefree with them and it is all taken care of! Thank you guys for your services :) :)"

"I have been here numerous times to mail things out - never had an issue. Until now that is - I just found out that a device going back to ATT never made it back and was never even scanned into the system. I called ATT to figure out what tracking information said and to try to find out what happened. They advised me to go to the place I mailed it to see because they have no activity on the tracking number. I went in and explained to him and he was very defensive and first thing he said was he can’t and I can’t do anything about it because it’s been too long. I was shocked, so I then asked for more clarification because that can’t be right. Again, he basically said nothing anyone can do - it’s just a loss or go to UPS because it definitely left his facility (even though there’s no evidence of that) I then asked for him to look at cameras to show where the box went after I set it on his counter - he refused saying they don’t record that long. I will be filing a compliant with the postal service to let them know of this missing device that was never scanned into the system. How horrible - you should be ashamed of yourselves. In response to your response. I listened to EVERYTHING you said. Saying “lol” on a response to an honest review is poor business practice. And furthermore - You still cannot help me find my package that I brought to you!!! I’m not flipping anything - we can do this back and forth as much as you would like - someone has stolen a phone and will have to answer for their actions. If it wasn’t your establishment - I think you would be eager to help figure it out to keep your reputation clean, instead of replying to honest comments left on your business. Shady."
