"I represent a client who is a tenant of Live Oak Bend. Until I demanded a copy of the fully executed lease, they refused to give him the lease that he signed. His heater has not been working and he asked for it to be repaired. After the maintenance person came and told my client that nothing can be done, my client and I called the management office. We were told they said the manager was on the phone and kept us on hold for quite a bit of time. We called again after about 10 minutes of holding. When I asked for the last name of the manager, the receptionist refused to give it to us. It is very disturbing that a management company tries to avoid calls from it's tenants knowing the tenant had no heat. Heat during the winter is essential to any habitable home. This establishment tried to avoid its duties to provide my client with a habitable and warm place to live while continuing to take his rent money. I also find it very disturbing that the landlord and its agents did not provide my client with a copy of the fully executed lease until I demanded it. Every tenant is entitled to a copy of their lease fully executed by the landlord and should not need to ask for it."

"Roaches Roaches and more roaches!!! Very unprofessional staff. Manager is a stud who just wants money and not fix anything in the apartments. They come up with new fees out of nowhere. No notice no info just a piece of paper at door with new fees. Staff avoid tenants. This is a sorry excuse for an apartment complex. It should be closed down."
