"Called beforehand to ask price of faxes. I was told $1.49/pg for first page and $0.30/pg afterwards. When I got to the store, they charged me $1.49/pg and said I was given incorrect info over the phone. Calling around to other nearby UPS stores afterwards I found they charged $1/pg. so this branch is expensive relative to other UPS and don’t honor they lie telephone info. Rates are not quoted online."

"Made an appointment for notary. The employee was rude, sneering, hardly tried to answer my questions about the documents. Actually ended up mis-filling out my documents and had to reprint all of them. Waited 15 minutes for her to tell me the color printer wasn’t working, after which I had to walk down to the fedex to reprint and bring the doc back to ups to finish the notarizing process. Dragged out a 5 minute process to 30 minutes."
