"Post Oak Title Company made my home selling experience dreadful! Dealing with Julie Gonzalez was NOT a good experience and quite disappointing indeed! She is VERY condescending and rude over email, doesn't double check her work when computing her figures on the CD, I had to correct her more than twice on dollar amounts and the payoff to one of my lienholders was incorrect, but instead of correcting it and sending over an updated CD like requested, she came up with excuses and condescending replies to my emails, as to why she sent what she sent, even when proven WRONG! It got to the point that I had to request she be removed from handling my file and although the request was made she was STILL involved! She retaliated in the end leaving me off emails to my realtor when I was in copy in previous messages. NOT PROFESSIONAL in the least!!! I was assured countless times that I would fund the same day, as my closing time was set to 1pm and the buyer was supposed to be brought in to sign in the morning, but it was switched to me signing first at 1pm and the buyer finishing his closing at 4pm on a FRIDAY when they know good and well that I would not get funded the same day and would have to wait DAYS to get funded! The buyer was in his house all weekend while I was made to wait for my funding to go through on Monday at 3PM!!! Ridiculous process and I have NO DOUBT that the switcheroo in times was retaliation yet again by Julie as she was STILL involved with my file when I emailed Ali on Monday in the afternoon after nothing had hit my bank and he replied with her in copy! Just the WORST experience in dealing with this title company! I suggest you ask your realtor to use Stewart Title, as I used them when buying my home and I had NO problems whatsoever and the process was a smooth one! They double checked their work and ALWAYS kept my realtor and myself informed of everything that was happening my home buying experience!"
