"This is hands down the best UPS store. i have been multiple times, and again today, and always receive the best customer service. the one closest to me is by Home depot on 1960 and eldridge, and anytime you walk in, it feels like you are attending a funeral, nobody acknkwledges you until you speak up and ask for help. i drive out of my way just to have a better experience at this one by HEB. Thank yall for making everyones day better. and to whoever runs the one by Home Depot, yall suck, do better."

"Came here a little before 8am to mail off some Christmas packages and be to work on time...however, after waiting until 8:12 am, the store was still not open and many people were waiting. Since I was already late to work, I opted to go to the store 10 min away and had THE MOST HELPFUL employee at any UPS store ever. Orlando, thank you for being a great employee, friendly, helpful, and still smiling while the line at your store remained steady."

"Worst service! I missed a package delivery that required a signature because I worked that day and wasn’t home. I brought their note to this store and talked to the manager. The manager of this store told me to call the number on the back of the note because my package wasn’t on their system. I asked if they can give me some info because I don’t know what package was missed (I ordered a lot of things). He said he didn’t know and I had to figure that out."

"I’ve visited the ups store a few times but not often but I just say I had a great experience this time around and when I say great I mean customer service top tier, this gentle man by the name of Joel was very mannerable. I even observed him giving a helping hand to his coworkers. His body language and his politeness made me smile.
