"I used to come here since it's close to work and I like to support local biz. I handed the lady my package, she looked at the label and said it's Ground and "tossed it 5-6 feet to the cart" Not careful with packages. Wouldn't recommend."

"Does not deserve my time for a review, but its only fair to warn the community. This woman/owner is so mean, unorganized, unprofessional and will not provide any level of customer service when she fails to get your package delivered!!! I paid 90.00 for a 2 day shipment plus extra $ for insurance. When I realized that she left the most important info off label, I called her explaining why recipient did not receive. She yelled at me and became very accusatory She told me that she would personally contact THE INTENDED RECIPIENT TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS BRUNG DISRESPECTFUL instead of saying she'll get on phone with fedex to investigate it. She had no patience to help with a solution. She only wants to discuss her accident about her face instead of staying professional. She refuses to talk about a solution and point blank said im not entitled to my insurance. Bottom line is you are taking a risk having her ship anything. She needs AC as its very hot. She also does not ask customer to write down shipping information. She wants to trust her hearing to let you tell her aloud the information so if you do use her. Write it down, then give it to her Good luck"
