"I would like to commend your employee named Dallas. They were very patient with me as I needed to come in five minutes before the store closing on Sunday, February 25. They allowed me ample time to complete the paperwork needed and had a very pleasant attitude. After I left when the store closed at 4:05, they even allowed me to come back and answer questions as well as take pictures of the letter that I mailed. This employee is GEM!!!! "This is not a review about this location. This is a review specifically about Dellis!!!!!!!!! She was the young lady at the counter. She had absolutely NO interest in assisting me. Her only advice was “read the instructions” when I asked for a little assistance in printing a document, she said I can’t come over to the computer to help you (in which she did NOT have another customer) her comment was.. you just have to read the instructions. I would never hire anyone like her to work my counter. For the operator of this location. You should really consider finding better help. HORRIBLE!!!"
