"Must say I am very disappointed. I ordered on 02/15/2022. Order was late so I knew it would not ship next day as it was past the cut off time. So on the 16th I receive an email stating they needed a copy of my Commission. Ok fine my fault as well. I upload it. I can not recall what time but hey lets assume it was past the noon cutoff for next day shipping of the 17th. Then comes the 18th and it still does not ship. I called and spoke to a lady who did not seem to care that it has not shipped. If it does not ship Monday then I am cancelling the order and will have to use someone else. So much for their guarantee of next day shipping. It absolutely should have shipped no later than the 18th. Now it will not ship till next week which means I will be lucky to get it by the end of the week. Disappointed."

No other service provided for the same or had the great customer service I received from American Assoc of Notaries.
