"I have been renting a mailbox at this Pak Mail for 2+ years and been loving the service. I can rent 1 mailbox to cover personal and businesses mail while other competitors make you rent separate mail boxes for each. You will also get the same people (they are owners) everyday to help you. A big plus! The people are super nice, personal and dependable. I have had no problems whatsoever, which is rare! If you’re looking for a place to send your mail, you should give this Pak Mail a chance."

"I don't bother writing reviews. But this one did not sit right with me. I am a new small business owner. At times I can ship one package to 80 very small packages at a time. 4oz bottles for reference.The location is conveniently located close to my house. I always carry a smile and say hello when I walk through Pak Mail doors. They are very short with me and never offer a response. One day I asked for USPS pick up times. The guy never looks up and responds "I don't know". One day I send my 10 year old daughter to drop off packages as I sit in the parking lot finishing a call. I see the guys arms moving around while looking and speaking in my daughter's direction. I went inside to see the issue. He tells me that if I fill more than 2 of the provided baskets I can't drop off there anymore. I usually fill 3 baskets on a good day. He never once told me that. But he waited to tell my 10 year old child? He blames me that USPS has a small truck and if he has a lot of packages USPS has to get another truck to pick up the rest. He basically told me not to drop packages there. Go to USPS. How is this good customer service? Here I am happy to be in business for one month doing really well and I get this type of treatment. DO BETTER AND TREAT EVERYONE EQUAL."
