"I had two bad shipping experiences with this company. In the first one, the driver in Venezuela even yelled and threatened us, after spending three days waiting locked in the house because they called saying that they would deliver that day. Finally, by claiming this irresponsibility, we end up insulted and mistreated. In the second experience, the shipment took more than four weeks due to problems with the ships, a completely understandable situation. However, when they finally proceeded to deliver, there was no longer ANY member of my family left in Venezuela. We had to give away EVERYTHING that was in the boxes. Including some medicines that were prescribed by a doctor. After several complaints, in which they offered me a $100 discount on the next shipment (which is NOT even equivalent to the total cost of ONE box), in addition to the fact that for more than obvious reasons I was NOT interested in using the services of this company ( and so I let them know), I was NOT compensated in any way. It's been 6 months and no one else has contacted me. In conclusion, I LOST THE MONEY EQUIVALENT TO THE SHIPPING AND THE MONEY OF ALL THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS IN THE BOXES (Amount that was declared at the time of making the shipment) Definitely not the treatment one expects as a customer. 0 recommended."
