"Horrible horrible customer service !!!! Its very difficult to get a hold of anyone and when you do get a hold of someone they hang up on you! I do not recommend!!!!"

" I ordered a bathtub, I have been waiting for this since I ordered it (August 16th), it’s been sitting in their warehouse since August 31st and it’s still sitting in their Del Rio warehouse, my husband and I were told we would have to go and get it. We have a car, we don’t have a truck and even if we did, my husband is suffering from liver failure and couldn’t lift it. They're telling me that they can't bring it to my house and they're going to ship it back. They are a shipping company who are supposed to deliver to your door, it’s not my fault that they can’t bring their truck down to my property, I told him put it on one of the smaller trucks that I’ve seen driving around. They said they would deliver, in good faith I believe them, now they are telling me, not their problem, it’s mine. Really????!!!! Don’t use them don’t buy from any place that uses them as a shipping agent, because they don’t follow through. If I could give them down vote, I would!"
