"We used R&L carriers what a disspointed service we received from them. To the point its effected our customer relationship on the other end waiting on answers to where his pallet is. We call and get the run around that product will deliver today and its been almost 1 month and no real answers to when our customer should receive his pallet.. I doubt we will ever use them again. :("

"I have had RL Carriers deliver items to my residence on 3-4 occasions and each and every time my shipments have arrived when promised and in excellent condition. One of the shipments I received from RL was a replacement from a shipment I received from UPS. The shipment I received from UPS was destroyed and the item was all dented. So RL delivered the replacement from the company I ordered from and it arrived in perfect condition and not even a tear on the shipping box. The delivery driver s are very professional and their customer service representative are professional and polite. Great service... thanks"

"Can you give negative star ratings? Because that's what they deserve. My item has been sitting in my city for 3 days and they have yet to deliver it. I had to call them to see what was happening! Then they told me they'd deliver it between 9am and noon and guess what nothing! I called them back and they made up some excuse and another 2 hours later they finally show up. No sorries no nothing. They are a joke and they're customer service was horrible too only one guy seemed actually concerned for me."

"After all the horrible things I heard about them just dropping you items in your driveway I was nervous, but I received excellent service! He came to the door knocked and then I went out to the truck and asked him if he could help me get it (a large shiatsu massage chair) inside and he did. He was polite and considerate and fast. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I think the people that said they left stuff in the driveway just weren't home. With this shipping company if you're not home they ship it back to the seller. They probably leave it in the sriveway so you at least GET IT! Theres no reschedule date. The seller is supposed to inform you when they're coming. No complaints here! A+++++++++++"
