"I had to drop off a very valuable package. I drove almost an hour to this location because the local drop-offs couldn't take such an expensive item. I wish I had taken note of the clerks name. She was very sweet and made it worth the drive."

"Saw on the website you could schedule a delivery window. The package needed a signature, so I called and scheduled a time after 4 o'clock. The delivery came at 1 in the afternoon when no one was home. I called again, and they said they would reschedule for later that night. No one showed up. Called again, and they said they would deliver after 4 the next day. But again the delivery attemp was 12-1 o'clock. Finally got forwarded to the distribution center, and they called the driver and "asked" him if he could deliver after 4, and he said no! What the hell is going on with this place??!! Can you imagine seeing a commercial for pizza delivery and when you call, they say too bad you have to come get it?? I had to drive 40 min to the "customer center" to pick up. Why do you advertise being able to schedule a dilivery window if you will not honor it??"

"I had a parcel ‘delivered’ Friday from UpS from Macys. No where to be found even though they say it was delivered and there were orders from Amazon and Pennys right there on my doorstep. Now after spending endless hours with Macy’s they say because the parcel was ‘delivered’ the case is closed and im out of pocket !! Not at all happy. Never had issues before !"

"If you would like to be treated like you don’t matter and no one cares, this is the place to go. Ups posts that my package is out for delivery, then all of a sudden the notice says customer chooses to pick up the package. Track your packages people because if you don’t, it might not show up. By the way I never say I choose to pick up my packages because I have to drive about 45 minutes to this facility."

"Having an issue a no one is helping. We had a package "delivered" today but a note was left saying would re-deliver Monday. However, no one rang the doorbell. There was just a note on the door. I called customer service at approximately 12:30pm central time. Customer service agent said would make a note that we were disputing the delivery and she would contact dispatch to have them re-deliver. 530pm and no one has come. Called back and customer service agent said dispatch told them it wouldn't be until Monday. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! We paid for overnight. Agent said would have his supervisor call me. I asked for a time frame. He asked his supervisor and she told him 30 minutes. Well it's been over an hour now and no call. We have been here ALL day waiting. Very VERY unhappy with UPS. Just keep being told Monday. This started at 11:30 this morning. PLENTY of time to re-deliver. Service is horrid. The local supervisor should do everything possible to make things right even if they had to deliver it themselves. Paid extra for overnight delivery. No help from anyone. UPDATE...I contacted UPS via Twitter and Facebook and neither one was any help"
